Shipping Charges
We offer free delivery all over Pakistan.

Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your city and courier service availability. Remote areas may take a little longer.

After placing your order, our team may contact you through phone call, SMS, or WhatsApp to confirm your order details.

Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared with you so you can track your parcel.

Wrong Address or Contact Details
Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct. Zarbyh will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect address or unreachable phone number.

Damaged or Missing Parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with parcel pictures and order details.
